When you place you order on this website you will be asked to confirm that you accept our latest terms and conditions.

As part of our order process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. Following receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from USCNinjutsu.

Our acceptance of an order and the completion of a contract between you and us takes place when we despatch the order even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

1. Where goods are  no longer available;
2. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment or suspect fraud;
3. If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
4. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Placing an order with USCNinjutsu is easy. You need to create an account when you place your first order online.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an online order :

• Find the items you want
• Add the items to your Shopping Cart using the Add to Cart button.
• To remove an item from your cart, tick the Remove box next to the item and click the Update button.
• To change quantities for an item, enter the revised number and click the Update button.
• Proceed to Checkout using the Checkout button.
• Sign In as a Returning Customer or a Create a New Account.
• Check the Shipping Address and change / create a new one if necessary.
• Choose a Shipping Method.
• Choose a Payment Method.
• Review and Submit Your Order - you must tick the box indicating that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
• Make your payment using your chosen method with our secure payment partner, Paypal.
• Check Your Order Status  in your Account.

PRICING

All prices are displayed by default in Pounds Sterling and include all taxes (where applicable) at the current rates but do not include delivery charges.

Our prices are reviewed daily and while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

DELIVERY

We process/dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on a Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

We aim to despatch via Parcel Force within 48 hours of payments being received. Delivery charges are dependent on the total weight of your order and the Parcel Force service selected.

Please note that non-UK shipping costs may vary depending on location and the size and weight of the goods. You will be contacted should this situation arise. If you are not shipping to a country within the European Union then you may be liable for Import Duty and VAT charges. Please check with a customs office in your country for information. It is your responsibility to find out what these charges are and to pay any charges applicable. We will not be held responsible for orders delayed or refused by customs.

Delivery charges are shown during the checkout process before you are asked to confirm your order. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you place your order.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

PAYMENT

Our order and payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by PayPal.  Most debit/credit cards are accepted and you do not need a PayPal account to use this option.  We accept cheques by post (no cash please) sent to the address on out Contact page.  Orders placed with cheque payment will only be dispatched once funds have cleared.

If, using our currency selector, you have chosen to display our prices in Euros or US Dollars instead of UK Pounds; you will be charged and invoiced in that currency.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under UK distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days after receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations (www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm) provide further information regarding your cancellation rights. Deemed delivery date will be 2 working days from date of posting. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or via email using the contact information on this website.

Goods returned due to cancellation must be complete with any original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. not damaged, stained or used. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to USCNinjutsu. We will issue a full refund of the original purchase & delivery costs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

• Item damaged in transit - If an item delivered has been damaged in transit you can return it within 7 days of receipt for replacement or a full refund including postage. You must notify us immediately of any damage in order that we can pursue this with the carrier.
• Item incorrect - If we send you an incorrect item, immediately send the item back to us and we will either replace it or refund to your credit / debit card, including postage.

YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.  WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT FIRST BEING CONTACTED.

Our terms, cancellation and returns policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will do our utmost to arrange a satisfactory outcome for you.
